Return acceptance

If there is no artificial damage, We generally accept return within 60 days since you place your order.

You must provide us a tracking number when you return the item.

Shipping cost for returning

Generally buyers need to cover the shipping cost sending back the products, We will isse a full refund (including original shipping cost) within 3 days after receipt of your returned products.

Refund arrival time

For paypal it will arrive your account immediately, for bank transfer it will takes 2-3 working days.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellation within 12 hours for free.

As we will normally proceed your order after 12 hours, so if you wish to cancel your order after 12 hours, we will charge 10% restocking fee.

Delivery charge for returning items

Damaged goods

If you received the goods in damaged condition, please send us the picture to prove it within 3 days. We will replace the item for you for free.
